Answer:   Born in Flint, Michigan on May 4th 1957, Mark remained in the Flint general area where he attended Carmen and Fenton High Schools respectively until graduating in 1975 and moving to Arizona where he studied film and philosophy at Scottsdale College (winning Alumni-of-the-Year from that college). Mark has maintained a home in Paradise Valley, Arizona since 1975 and also lives in the Chicago suburbs in Long Grove, Illinois.
