Mark’s Coaching comes in three forms: One-on-One Life Coaching: For long-term growth and transformation in any area of your life. This form of coaching involves a series of sessions lasting up to one year. Crisis Coaching: For the urgent challenges in your life, business, family or marriage, including mediation and intervention services. Group Coaching: For those on a tighter budget, Mark also conducts group coaching sessions on specific subjects such as Health & Fitness, Parenting and Networking. Unlike most Life Coaches, Mark doesn’t give advice. His success is based on his knowledge of human nature, habits and behavior and on the principles and programs that drive them. Instead of dishing out common sense and anecdotes or critical judgments, Mark compassionately accepts each client’s behavior as being appropriate for their current habits and programs; he then offers non-judgmental, insights into the perceptions and habits that are driving that person’s behavior along with explaining the principles that are missing in their life and causing their challenges. Once accomplished, Mark then provides the critical support required for permanently incorporating these new principles and programs into the client’s life. Since Mark never judges his clients, he can be much more effective with them, not only because they are able to be more vulnerable and honest during coaching sessions, but also because he is able to see and focus on the underlying cause of their pain and suffering or of that which is keeping them from reaching their greatest potential. Ultimately, Mark understands what it takes to be truly happy, fulfilled and in control of your life and toward that aim he is passionately committed. |
